Kristin D. Smith writes historical romance, and is a member of Romance Writers of America and the OKRWA Chapter. She just completed her first romance novel and is currently writing two more. Her other credits include writing three original Christmas Programs that have each been performed publicly, various news articles and poetry published by her community newspaper, and numerous short stories and poems. Kristin is a former writer/reporter for the Student Section of her community newspaper.

Kristin was raised on a farm in central Oklahoma. She lives there with her husband, and they have four beautiful children. Kristin loves to read, write, collect and watch movies, and is insanely crazy about history and antiques. She is also an avid Oklahoma State Cowboy fan.
